The Competition
The Simracing.GP Professional Trophy is an endurance racing competition hosted by Simracing.GP and Cowana GmbH designed to bring the top esports teams together in a competitive race environment.
The competition will be organised by Simracing.GP in collaboration with Cowana GmbH and the ADAC Simracing Expo, using Assetto Corsa Competizione. The Simracing.GP Professional Trophy invites the top 40 esports teams to compete with 10 Open Qualifying teams for a shot at the €10,000 prize pool.
The competition comprises 3 stages; an open qualifying phase for teams of 3 drivers to compete to take part in 2 qualifying events. The Top 5 of each event will take part in The Simracing.GP Professional Trophy. The Simracing.GP Professional Trophy, a 5 Round Endurance Championship, which will include a live on-site final round at the ADAC SImracing Expo 2022 where we will crown the Simracing.GP Professional Trophy Winners.
How to take part
Over the coming weeks, the competition organisers will reach out to the professional teams that have secured an invite to the competition. These teams do not have to qualify and we will see them take part in Round 1 of the competition on the 23rd July 2022.
Opening on the 17th June 2022, teams who were not invited will be able to head to the ADAC Simracing Expo 2022 Competition Hub on Simracing.GP and register to the first qualifier round. Teams will have 2 chances to qualify for the Simracing.GP Professional Trophy, with the second qualifier round opening at the conclusion of the first qualifier round.
The top 5 teams from each round will qualify for the Simracing.GP Professional Trophy.

Teams who failed to qualify in the first qualifier event, as well as any teams who missed out on registering to take part, can register to take part in the second qualifier event.
Please note the qualifying races will be on a first come first serve basis.
The Format
Once we have our 50 teams, the competition can really begin!
The competition will consist of 2 classes on track together, the PRO Class, which are the 40 teams which received an invite from the competition organisers, and the QUALIFIER (QUAL) Class, which are the 10 teams who qualified in the 2 qualifier rounds.
Both classes will be battling to take home the crown of The Simracing.GP Professional Trophy Champions 2022 alongside a share of €10,000.
Alongside this, trophies will be awarded to the Top 3 Teams in the overall points classification as well as the Top 3 Teams in the Qualifier Classification.

*This track maybe replaced by a track from the upcoming DLC for Assetto Corsa Competzione, team managers will be made aware of any changes within 14 days of the round
