Moza and Simracing.GP Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the December 2023 Instagram giveaway. The giveaway and entry to the promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions.  Therefore, please read these carefully.
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.
  3. The Giveaway is only available to people over the age of 18.
  4. Simracing.GP ltd (company number: 13433680) is running this giveaway and it is not associated with Instagram.
  5. The Giveaway is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of Simracing.GP ltd, its group companies, or anyone else connected with the promotion.
  6. The Giveaway will run from 18th December 2023 to 31st December 2023, with 5 winners selected at random.
  7. To enter the promotion on Instagram you are required to; follow simracing.gp on Instagram, follow moza_racing_official on Instagram and like the giveaway post on simracing.gp Instagram.
  8. Entries will close at 23.59 on December 31st 2023 BST. Entries received after this will not be processed.
  9. Maximum one entry per entrant.
  10. The winners will be selected at random from all valid entrants received by the closing date.
  11. There shall be 5 winners.
  12. Simracing.GP ltd accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with any prize.
  13. The Winners will receive the below prize.
  14. The prize is 1 Simracing.GP hoodie (Available in sizes XS to 5XL only) provided by Simracing.GP and 1 Moza Mousepad provided by Moza Racing.
  15. The Prize is subject to availability.
  16. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes (in whole or in part). In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside Simracing.GP ltd’s control, Simracing.GP ltd reserves the right to offer an alternative prize.
  17. The winners will be announced at random throughout the giveaway period of 18th December to 31st December 2023.
  18. The winners will be announced on the Simracing.GP Instagram account.
  19. The winners need to contact Simracing.GP via Instagram direct message with all contact information required
  20. If the winner does not get in touch with Simracing.GP ltd within 48hours of the time of announcement, then the prize will be forfeited and Simracing.GP ltd will be entitled to select another winner.
  21. Once a winner has been in touch and provided contact details Simracing.GP ltd will then contact the winner to arrange delivery of the Simracing.GP prize.
  22. Moza Racing are responsible for providing the Moza Mousepad and will ship that directly to the winners.
  23. Simracing.GP ltd may ask the winner to provide proof of age and/or country of residence.
  24. The winner agrees to take part in post-promotion activity. Post promotion activity will be inclusive of our social media accounts, PR and website.
  25. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
  26. Simracing.GP ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition, not being able to enter into the competition or accepting and/or using any prize. Simracing.GP ltd further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or IT systems relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with the competition.
  27. Simracing.GP ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
  28. The decision of Simracing.GP ltd is final, and will not enter into correspondence relating to its decision.
  29. Simracing.GP ltd reserves the right to modify the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  30. Full details of the prize and the name of the competition winner will be available on request for 12 weeks after the winner has been notified by sending sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to;  Simracing.GP ltd, Kemp House, 160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX UNITED KINGDOM The Winners agree to have their name disclosed for this purpose.
